We introduced agile processes and Jira workflows to Colart’s digital team, enabling them to work more efficiently and predictably, improving communication and reducing downtime, all while supporting the successful build of their new e-commerce platform.
(THE PROBLEM)
Following a merger of Colart’s Global Marketing, Development, and Business Intelligence teams, the newly formed Digital Team struggled with alignment, communication, and consistent delivery. The lack of structured processes, workflows, and clear communication channels hindered progress on key digital transformation projects, including the development of a new e-commerce website.

Konsida proposed designing and implementing agile processes tailored to the needs of the cross-functional team. (WHAT WE DID)
We set up and facilitated agile ceremonies such as Stand-Ups, Demos, Retrospectives, and Planning sessions to improve team collaboration and delivery cadence. Backlogs were matured to ensure resources were effectively utilized, reducing downtime. We designed and implemented Jira workflows, incorporated data to guide prioritization, and manually tested tickets to support the e-commerce website build. Additionally, we assisted with budget management and escalated critical issues to senior leadership when necessary.
