(THE PROBLEM)
Salmon (now Wunderman Thompson Commerce) was tasked with re-platforming YNAP’s e-commerce solution to IBM Websphere Commerce. The complexity of the project required seamless coordination across five agile teams to meet strict client deadlines while managing logistics and administrative processes for staff transitions and project operations.
(PROPOSED SOLUTION)
Konsida proposed a dual approach of Scrum Master and PMO services to ensure smooth project delivery. This included facilitating agile practices, managing onboarding logistics for new team members, streamlining communication between the client PMO and internal teams, and maintaining operational efficiency through detailed reporting and travel coordination.
(WHAT WE DID)
We provided Scrum Master support to five agile teams, ensuring alignment and progress toward project milestones. As part of PMO activities, we managed onboarding logistics, including arranging equipment, inductions, and smooth staff transitions. We created and distributed documentation and weekly timesheet reports for client transparency, coordinated with the client PMO on critical topics, and facilitated travel arrangements for staff working overseas.
(THE RESULT)
The YNAP e-commerce re-platforming project progressed efficiently under Konsida’s dual-role support. Agile teams met client deadlines while maintaining a high standard of collaboration and delivery.
